"I don't think they have done enough, and it is one of those things that we decided to forgive but not forget," Kagame said. "So that we move on." "When I have seen the Catholic Church apologize for other crimes they have committed elsewhere," he continued, "I always come back to the point: maybe these societies are less important than other societies."
