Discussion of an end to the war in Colombia often focuses on the government and the leftist rebels. But there is a third side to the conflict: right-wing paramilitary groups. Right-wing leader Carlos Castano is trying to improve his image and become a player in the political process, despite his record of kidnappings and killings. NPR's Steve Inskeep reports.
