The origin of a US-backed oil pipeline from Azerbaijan to Turkey that began production in July 2006. Reporter Kelly McEvers and BP site manager Craig Hutto. BP operates Azerbaijan's main oil and gas terminal.

Kelly McEvers reports that Azerbaijan is reaping billions of dollars in new oil and gas revenues. But there are concerns in the former Soviet republic that these revenues won't benefit the majority of Azeris.
