Nuba Mountains. There are very few horses or camels in the Nuba Mountains so
most things must be carried by hand.

rebel-held territories of the Nuba Mountains. The mountains have been
isolated from the outside world for more than 10 years and commodities
like clothing and salt are difficult to find.

remote airstrip in the rebel-held territories of the Nuba Mountains. It
is illegal to fly into the mountains. Pilots bringing supplies into
the mountains who attempt to land on the rudimentary airstrip risk
being shot down by government forces.
