An HIV-positive orphan

This is an HIV-positive orphan � no one would ever know. Right now she is healthy.

 

To me Mary's eyes beg for help. Mary is just one of 21,000 children whose rapes were reported last year in South Africa. Mary became HIV positive after she was repeatedly raped by her stepfather.
