Tamil Rebels Consolidate Power

The cease-fire in Sri Lanka has held for nearly two years, the longest running peace since civil war began 20 years ago. But observers say the Tamil Tiger rebels appear to be using the lull to consolidate their control over parts of the country. While the Tigers enjoy strong support from among Sri Lanka's Tamil community, some wonder how the group might adapt to peace.
