The World's Carol Hills reports on Nigeria's presidential vote tomorrow. This is a key election for the African country, because it will mark the first peaceful transfer of power from one elected president to another. The incumbent president Olesegun Obasanjo today appealed to Nigerians to vote peacefully despite political tensions in the country.
