Catherine Poff reports from Ghana where the textile industry is under attack. An avalanche of imported second-hand clothes and inexpensive Chinese fabrics have flooded the marketplace, threatening to eliminate local textile and garment manufacturers; but the government is fighting back hoping to boost the national garment industry with a twist on Casual Fridays.
