Christina Larson
Christina Larson is the managing editor of The Washington Monthly magazine, a magazine of politics and culture based in Washington, DC.
In 2006, she published a series of articles on the intersection of
environmental concerns and rural politics.
In 2004, she traveled to Greece on an Internews reporting fellowship
to write about the Athens Olympics. She has also written about teen pregnancy, the politics of abstinence education, the 2004 Democratic
primaries, and the history of the political protest march. Her work
has appeared in The New York Times, Washington City Paper, The Courier
Mail (of Queensland, Australia), and Grist. She is a member of the
Outdoor Writers Association of America and holds a B.A. in English
Literature from Stanford University.
