Ian Wilhelm is a former reporter for The Chronicle of Philanthropy, a biweekly newspaper in Washington that covers the philanthropy world. Before joining the paper in 2001, he worked as a reporter for Business Publishers, Inc., from September 1998 to March 2000. Previously, he was a reporter for Community Development Publications and worked as a freelance writer for the Baltimore City Paper. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing Seminars from the Johns Hopkins University and a master's degree in Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
