Carol Pastan

Carol Pastan is an associate producer with Dateline NBC News in New York, where she has worked since 1994. She has produced many breaking news stories, health stories, investigative pieces and feature stories for the network newsmagazine. Previously she worked as a producer with Time Warner Television and in broadcast news with NBC and ABC affiliates in Boston. She was also the director of marketing and communications for the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation, a non-profit agency. She received a B.A. cum laude from Tufts University where she majored in Spanish and social psychology.
