IRP Fellow Matt O’Neill receives Overseas Press Club Award

Spring 2004 IRP Fellow Matthew O'Neill and his HBO documentary "Baghdad ER" received the Overseas Press Club's Carl Spielvogel Award for best international reporting in the broadcast media showing a concern for the human condition.

O'Neill shares the award with co-director Jon Alpert from Downtown Community Television Center.
