A panel of senior U.S. editors has recently returned from a visit to Beijing and south-west China on a visit sponsored by the International Reporting Project (IRP). They will discuss the health, development and environmental issues they explored during their visit, the U.S. media’s news coverage of China, and the challenges of reporting about China for an American audience.
