Haitian Presidential Elections Truly a Success?
IRP fellow Jenny Asarnow reports from the polls in Port-au-Prince.
"They don't respect us. . . We have to get up out of our beds very early to come and vote, and were not able to vote. We haven't even cooked for the kids yet. There's no elections here," comments one Haitian woman regarding the delays in opening polls in Port-au-Prince.
