Adam Graham-Silverman covers foreign policy for Congressional Quarterly. At CQ, he has also covered the federal budget, House and Senate leadership and campaigns. Stories from his IRP trip to Mozambique appeared in Slate and The New Republic. His reporting has appeared in a wide range of publications including Time magazine, Salon, MinnPost, the Brooklyn Rail and Poz, a magazine for the HIV-positive community. A native of Minneapolis, Graham-Silverman has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Pomona College in Claremont, California and a master's in journalism from New York University.
