Jessie Graham is a senior multimedia producer for Human Rights Watch in New York. Previously, she was a trainer of radio journalists at the Institute for War and Peace Reporting in Iraq. She has reported for National Public Radio shows including “Morning Edition,” “All Things Considered” and “Day To Day.” Until September 2004, she covered security and city government for WNYC Radio in New York. Her multimedia and print pieces have appeared in Nextbook, Salon and Yoga Journal. From 1999 to 2003, Jessie was a staff reporter at the New York Post, where she wrote about crime and the law. She has a B.A. in English and African-American Studies from Wesleyan University and a master's degree in Journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
