Andrea Crossan is a radio producer with the British Broadcasting Corporation World Service. She works for “The World” news program, a co-production of the BBC, PRI and WGBH in Boston. Crossan moved to Boston after working as a BBC producer in London. Before joining the program, Crossan worked for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Associated Press and the London bureau of NBC News. She has reported from England, Nicaragua, Canada, and Italy. Her stories focused on social development, the environment, human rights issues, rural communities, and music. Crossan has a Masters degree in International Journalism from City University London.
