Anne Sherwood is a freelance photojournalist based in Bozeman, Montana. Her work has been published in National Geographic Adventure, The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, and The Washington Post. Last year she documented rural AIDS throughout Montana and her photographs have been exhibited at museums and galleries across the state. She has been published in the Communication Arts Photo Annual and was the first woman photographer featured on National Geographic Adventure's online photo gallery. Previously she was a staff photographer at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and worked for CBS Sports at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and International Policy from Princeton University and is a candidate for a master's degree in Visual Communications at Ohio University.
