Glendora Meikle is the deputy director at the International Reporting Project. Prior to joining IRP, she worked as an editor and media liaison at United Nations Headquarters in New York, coordinated a University College Dublin Volunteers Overseas (UCDVO) project in Morogoro, Tanzania, and was a project director for the nonprofit organization Operation Fistula.
Glendora has a master’s degree in media and international conflict from the Clinton Institute at University College Dublin. She has written for the Columbia Journalism Review, NPR, The Guardian and other outlets, with a focus on global health and development, media studies, and ethics of humanitarian intervention.
