Suzanne Marmion is based in New York. Previously, she was a Malawi, Africa-based freelance reporter, most recently with "The World," a BBC/Public Radio International program. Over the past few years she worked with reporters located all over the world, including China and various countries in South East Asia, the Middle East and central and southern Africa. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley, and has a master's degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
